Free Shipping - Every Order, Every Day

We provide free standard shipping (no minimum purchase) on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Standard parcels travel via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail; we choose the best option based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Processing & Dispatch Times

• 24–48 hour processing window on all orders (Mon–Fri, excluding USPS holidays).
• Orders placed before 3 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders submitted after 3 PM ET ship the next business day when stock permits.
• Expedited shipping requests received Friday–Sunday will dispatch on the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a USPS‑recognized holiday).
• Any item that requires more than 72 business hours to leave our warehouse will be flagged on its product page or we will notify you by email.

Transit Time

Once processed, most shipments arrive within 2 business days. Remote or rural addresses may take a little longer.

Non‑Contiguous US, P.O. Boxes & Rural Addresses

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or certain rural ZIP codes may incur a small carrier surcharge. If additional fees apply, we’ll email you for approval before the order is processed.

To prevent delays, please ensure your shipping and billing addresses match and are entered exactly as recognized by USPS. Email info@fitsyourfridge.com immediately if you spot an error.

A tracking link will be sent to your inbox as soon as the label is created. You can also view real‑time status under My Account → Orders.

Delivery Issues

If the carrier marks your package delivered but you cannot locate it:

• Check all entrances, mailbox, garage, and with neighbours.
• Wait 24 hours - carriers sometimes pre‑scan before final drop‑off.
• Still missing? Contact us at info@fitsyourfridge.com within 5 days and we’ll open a carrier claim or arrange a replacement.

30‑Day Easy Return Policy

Try any filter for 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund—including standard shipping.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@fitsyourfridge.com with order #, item(s), and reason.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
3. Drop the package at any USPS® or FedEx® location.
4. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Conditions

• Items must be in like‑new condition, with protective caps intact.
• Bulk orders (10+ units) are subject to a 15 % restocking fee.
• Subscription shipments qualify for the same guarantee.
